Oregon insurance companies contact: private payer provider numbers
Call the provider services number, not the member line. Each row below shows the number, what it is for and the insurer page it came from. If a payer has no behavioral health number listed, use the number on the member ID card.

Oregon Medicaid provider enrollment
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) runs the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). OHA Provider Services at 800-336-6016 handles fee-for-service enrollment and updates (option 6) and provider portal login help. It does not give eligibility or enrollment status by phone. Many members are in coordinated care organizations (CCOs), and the CCO handles claims and authorizations, so confirm the member’s plan first. Source: OHA provider enrollment page. Checked October 2026.
Oregon Medicare: who processes your Part B claims
Oregon Medicare Part B claims go to one Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC). Noridian Healthcare Solutions is the MAC for Jurisdiction F, which includes Oregon. Medicare Advantage plans are private plans, so call the number on the member card for those. Medicare, Medicaid and private payers follow different rules.
| Medicare contractor | Jurisdiction | Provider phone | Official page |

What to have ready before you call a Oregon insurer
A short, prepared call is faster than a long one. Keep these in front of you before you dial any Oregon insurance companies contact number:
- The patient’s name as it appears on the card, date of birth and address.
- Your individual NPI (National Provider Identifier) and your tax ID.
- The date of service, the CPT code and the total billed amount. See the non-E/M CPT guide and the E/M CPT guide for psychiatrists.
- The claim number from the payer portal, if you have one.
- Check OHP eligibility in the OHA Provider Portal before calling a plan.
- Find out whether the member is fee-for-service OHP or in a CCO such as CareOregon, Health Share, PacificSource, Trillium or EOCCO, because the CCO, not OHA, handles claims and authorizations.
- Medicare Part B questions: have your NPI, PTAN and the last five digits of your tax ID ready.
Write down the name of the representative and a call reference number. Phone menus, holds and transfers can add up, and a dropped call means starting over. If you would rather not make these calls, MCM South does it for psychotherapists and psychiatrists.
