2. Please do not send patient information through this site

Do not put patient names, diagnoses, dates of service, insurance IDs, or other PHI in a contact form, quote request, comment, or ordinary email. The HIPAA Privacy Rule sets strict standards for that information, and this website is not the place for it. If a practice becomes a client, we set up a secure way to exchange billing information.

3. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on this site, we receive what you type into it, such as your name, contact details, practice details, and your message. We use only what you choose to send, as this privacy policy describes.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives technical data when you visit: your browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and approximate location based on your network address.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser.
