Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Oklahoma and Montana are each a division of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), a mutual legal reserve company and an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Each state's own page says so. HCSC also runs Texas and Illinois. A payer ID, PO box or phone number from one HCSC state does not work in another.
